Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes. We welcome wholesale and bulk orders. Our minimum order quantity starts from 12 pieces per design. Contact us for pricing and production timelines.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We deliver across Nigeria and internationally.
How long does delivery take?
- Lagos: 1-2 business days
- Outside Lagos: 4-6 business days
- International: 6-8 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to courier delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

What are Becawax bags made from?
Our bags are handcrafted using carefully selected materials, including African textiles such as Ankara, Aso Oke and Adire, combined with premium materials for durability and everyday functionality.
Are all your bags handmade?
Yes. Every Becawax piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Nigeria.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
Because many of our fabrics are individually cut, the print placement may vary slightly. This makes every bag beautifully unique while maintaining the same design and quality.
Care & Warranty
Do you offer after-care?
Yes. Every Becawax bag comes with 6 months of complimentary after-care for eligible repairs and maintenance.
How do I care for my bag?
Store your bag in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. A care guide is included with your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available only under eligible circumstances. Please contact our customer care team before sending any item back.

Can I pay from outside Nigeria?
