Custom Orders

Sales of made-to-order, customized, or personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Local Orders (Within Nigeria)

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

There was an error in delivery (wrong item received).

The item is faulty or defective.


To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at becawax@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition received. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are only processed if the product is defective and cannot be replaced.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.


International Orders

International orders are only eligible for a return or exchange if:

If you qualify for a return, kindly email becawax@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt to discuss refund/exchange options. Shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition received. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
